As part of our continued effort to make the online office search process as effective as it can be, here at officebroker.com we have just launched an exciting new addition to our website – customer reviews.
This facility allows office tenants both past and present to rate the property, including any relevant features such as location, services and office layout. The system is also available for use by potential clients who have toured the office space.
The new feedback tool is expected to help potential clients during the decision-making process, and will also help build up the profile of buildings on the officebroker.com website.
All feedback is welcomed – including negative comments – which will be published on the property listing within a time-frame of 36 hours. The review will also be fed back to officebroker.com’s team of consultants in order to assist ongoing training procedures.
Team Leader and head of training, Fiona Spruce, believes that the system will form a key part of training processes in order to further enhance and strengthen officebroker.com’s level of service.
“We’ve already had some useful comments for our consultants,” says Fiona. “When we receive pointers in relation to our service we always feed back directly to the person involved, and going forward we are now building this into our regular training schedules.”
She adds, “It’s invaluable for our new recruits and just as important for our more experienced consultants too.”
