Plans revealed for ΓÇ£Network BicesterΓÇ¥ Business Park
Property developer Albion Land is to submit plans that will outline the construction of a new Business Park in Bicester, near Oxford.
Simon Parsons from Albion Land told the BBC that the development could generate up to 1,500 jobs which would provide a ΓÇ£much needed boost to BicesterΓÇÖs economyΓÇ¥.
He went on to add that “there are currently some very substantial employment requirements in the market but they will not be able to look at Bicester as an option unless this development is brought forward quickly.”
With units ranging from 80,000 sq ft upwards, the site aims to provide both industrial and office space for a diverse range of businesses.
Bicester MP, Tony Baldry told The Oxford Times that Biscester ΓÇ£is one of the fastest growing towns in England and it is really important we do as much as we can to find space for jobs.ΓÇ¥
A planning application is expected to be submitted to the local district council in early June.
