Orega’s High Holborn Offices Reach Full Capacity

Serviced office provider Orega Ltd, which operates nine business centres across the UK, has reached 100% occupancy at their newest location in London’s Midtown just six months after opening.

Orega’s High Holborn business centre is located adjacent to Chancery Lane underground station and has proved enormously popular with clients seeking flexible office space in the area. The glass-fronted building provides serviced space across five floors, complete with Orega’s high level of facilities and excellent on-site support team.

“The choice of building for our first central London business centre was arrived at after an extensive trawl of the capital to find the best opportunity for us,” commented Zach Douglas, joint managing director of Orega.

“The decision we made has clearly paid off as we have attracted a sterling line-up of occupiers, both well-established blue-chip companies and fledgling or smaller businesses seeking a well-located London base and an attractive working environment.”

Commenting on the high level of demand for their High Holborn location, Zach added:

“To fill the business centre in six months is a ringing endorsement of both our careful selection process and our ability to deliver swift and strong returns to our property partners. We look forward to establishing further business centres in London in the near future.”

Upon acquiring the building last year, Orega undertook a full refurbishment and fit-out of the space to bring it up to their characteristically high standards, something that has earned Orega the title of Business Centre of the Month twice within 12 months.

In April, Orega’s Chertsey Business Centre scooped the very first title after the award was launched by officebroker.com, and the company followed this up with a second title in January 2011 for ‘The Beehive’ – their state-of-the-art centre in Gatwick. The latter is a quirky building that was once a working terminal for Gatwick Airport, and continues to draw acclaim from enthusiasts for its intriguing past and quirky architecture.

Orega operates nine business centres across the UK, located in various locations including Manchester in the North West, Birmingham, Bristol and Wandsworth in south London.

The company plans to double in size within the next 24 months in carefully selected major markets.
