Official Launch Party for Avanta’s 14th London Office

Official Launch Party for Avanta’s 14th London Office

Last week, serviced office provider Avanta marked the official opening of their 14th London business centre with a launch party at their new Fetter Lane location.

The new addition to Avanta’s portfolio (pictured below), located on Fetter Lane in the City of London, is based within a large office property close to Blackfriars station. The event attracted over 120 guests including serviced office brokers and commercial property agents, who were treated to a tour of the centre before enjoying canap├⌐s and superb views of Fetter Lane from the building’s 3rd floor.

Following a welcome speech by Avanta’s managing director David Alberto, guests were then treated to a number of spectacular firework displays taking place across the capital.

Commenting on the evening, Avanta’s sales and marketing director, Geraint Evans, said:

“The feedback we received on the building was fantastic, and we’ve already had a client move in on the first day that the serviced office centre was officially open.

“We were absolutely delighted with the turnout for the event, despite the travel chaos caused by the Underground strike. Our pipeline of enquiries is strong and we look forward to it filling up over the next few months. Fetter Lane is a fantastic location and a great addition to the Avanta London serviced offices portfolio.”

Avanta operate a range of office properties across the UK offering flexible terms for small and medium sized businesses, including centres in Edinburgh, Manchester, Reading, and Harrow.

The company now provides 14 business centres across London, and they also have a location in Delhi which recently reached its second anniversary.
