officebroker.com is streamlining the process of managing enquiries by collaborating with RJ Metis, the UK’s leading supplier of serviced office management software.

This process will ensure that the CentreCharge software supplied by RJ Metis to office providers interacts seamlessly with their system.

The new ‘Accept/Reject Upgrade’, which will be linked to existing CentreCharge lead DADI software already in operation at officebroker.com, will speed up the process of handling initial enquiries by automating communications between the two systems.

Normally, enquiries are accepted or rejected via email by providers and then manually updated by officebroker.com consultants, making the process time consuming and open to potential error.

But thanks to the new updates from RJ Metis this step has now been automated, allowing broker and operator systems to ‘talk’ more effectively to each other. As a result, officebroker.com can now get a much faster turn-around on the administrative side, which in turn means more time can be spent with clients.
