Launched in November, the new system allows customers to express their opinion of the office, and invites comments by tenants both past and present, as well as potential clients who have seen the space during an office tour.
During the feedback process, users are actively encouraged to reflect on both the negative features of the property as well as the positive, in order to deliver a balanced and genuine evaluation of the office building. This can include opinions of any relevant features such as location, first impressions, cleanliness, and facilities.
Users are also requested to give the office an overall ‘star rating’, ranging from 1 star up to a maximum of 5, which will help other businesses gain an ‘at a glance’ review of the general performance of the office space.
With the increasing popularity of social and interactive media, officebroker.com launched the new feedback system in a bid to further enhance the online office search process. Research suggests that customer reviews help clients to make a more informed decision during the search process, and word-of-mouth feedback is widely considered to be one of the most effective and trusted forms of communication available.
Since its launch in November, the system is steadily building awareness and is now attracting client reviews on a daily basis.
