officebroker.com Helps Plumbing Firm find “perfect” Office

South-East plumbing and heating firm Lab-Mech, which covers domestic and commercial requirements across Kent, Sussex and London, has recently found a new office near Bexley with the help of officebroker.com.

Lab-Mech company founder Tom Foreman first contacted officebroker.com in January 2011, and spoke to Account Manager Dan Mcleod, who handles office space enquiries in the South East.

“I was looking for an office to expand my company and after going through a couple of companies – all trying to up-sell me or not give me exact details – I found officebroker.com,” he said. Tom had specific requirements for his office space but says that he had previously been “messed around by other companies”, which led to his call to officebroker.com.

Dan arranged a number of tours including a visit to an office in Bexleyheath, which is just a few steps from Bexleyheath train station and close to many key road links, including the M25 and the A20.

As a contract and call-out plumbing firm, which handles a wide range of requirements from leaking taps and emergency call-outs to new bathrooms and shower rooms, accessibility was high on the priority list for Lab-Mech and the Bexleyheath office did not disappoint.

“I could have had that office the next day,” said Tom, who says that his new office in Bexleyheath is “perfect” for his needs.

Commenting on the officebroker.com service, Tom said that Dan “delivered very quickly”, adding: “I will use them again when I need bigger premises in the future – thanks Dan and officebroker.com.”
