Office Space with an EC Postcode ΓÇ£Most PopularΓÇ¥ in Central London
The most popular offices in Central London are those that come with an EC postcode according to data collected by officebroker.com, the largest independent broker to the UKΓÇÖs serviced office space sector.
Comparing the total number of new businesses entering office space via the officebroker.com service between 1st January 2008 and 31st December 2010, the EC postcode is shown to have accounted for 34% of the total office space take-up in Central London during this three year period.
Not far behind however were those offices offering clients a W1 postcode for their business cards and headed paper, with the WC postcode registering as the third most popular (17%) followed by SW1 (11%) and the SE1 postcode (8%) bringing up the rear.
