Office Space in West London Set for Boost
Over 270,000 sq ft of West London office space will be created when the third phase of the Stockley Park development in Hillingdon gets underway, with the first of the new office buildings possibly coming to market as early as the closing stages of 2012.
Reported today on the Property Week website, the new office space will apparently form part of 750,000 sq ft extension to the business park, with the remainder of the space being developed for a variety of uses including a 450-room hotel.
Quoted on the Property Week website, John Harcourt, Director Stockley Park explained ΓÇ£This is an exciting milestone in the parkΓÇÖs development. We will now be advancing discussions with occupiers to whom we can offer a combination of extensive adjacent amenities, a hotel and good rail access to central London.ΓÇ¥
