Office Space Boost for Leeds in Pipeline

Office Space Boost for Leeds in Pipeline

Office space totalling 90,000 sq ft is to be part of a new development in Leeds as the area of Holbeck continues its transformation through regeneration.

The new office space in Leeds will be split over two office blocks, with leisure accommodation, urban park and a multi-storey car park also forming part of the new Holbeck scheme.

Having secured planning permission for the site, which is currently occupied by a selection of light industrial units, the Ace Investments project can now push ahead after what appears to have been a long process as Andrew Gardner, partner at DLG Architects who designed the scheme on behalf of Ace Investments explained:

ΓÇ£ItΓÇÖs taken a lot of hard work to get to this stage in difficult times, so we are extremely pleased to receive approval for our plans. It will unlock the development potential of this key site and be a real boost for Holbeck Urban Village.

The office space and leisure scheme is estimated to cost around £30m and will turn the Holbeck area of Central Leeds in to a hub of local regeneration. The office space created from this project will add to the wide range of both commercial office space and serviced offices in Leeds.
