North West Office Space Continues to Attract Increased Enquiries
The UKΓÇÖs leading broker of serviced office space has now added the North West edition of its Serviced Office Review series to its website ΓÇô www.officebroker.com.
Comprised of 12 regional reports, each of which details the activity recorded by the firm between April ΓÇô June 2010 with that of the same period in 2009, the Serviced Office Review series covers key areas of the serviced office space market, including the overall number of serviced offices operating via the officebroker.com service, enquiry levels within each region, the number of clients being placed by the broker as well as average workstation price and the length of licences being signed during the second quarter of 2010.
Within the Serviced Office Review: North West Q2 2010 edition the broker reports a continued rise in the number of serviced office space enquiries being generated, rising 17% above the levels recorded during Q2 2009 alone and marking the 4th consecutive quarter in which the previous yearΓÇÖs figures have been exceeded.
Additional finding from the report showed a decrease in the overall number of clients entering serviced office within the region and a fall in average workstation prices, average license lengths and workstation requirements were however shown to have increased on Q2 2009 levels.
