Newly refurbished offices opened in Soho, central London
A newly refurbished office has recently been opened in Soho, in the popular media district of central London.
The offices are located on the first floor of National House based on Wardour Street, in the W1 region of the capital, and offer a total of 2,695 sq ft of office space.
Colin Becker, Equity Director for MERJS, the property agent behind the office leasing agreements, commented that the refurbishment has brought the centre up to an “excellent standard” and believes that the offices will be in high demand.
“We’re delighted to announce the availability of this Soho office space,” he said, according to a recent press release. “The offices situated on the first floor of National House have recently been refurbished to include wooden flooring throughout, comfort cooling, and the space has superb natural light.”
Commenting on the location of the property, he added: “Covent Garden is a short walk away, and there are excellent local transport connections such as the Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square Underground stations less than a mile away.
“It’s no wonder that the area is so popular with media companies and creative businesses who want to be right in the centre of one of London’s most vibrant communities.”
