New Tenants for Liverpool’s Cotton Exchange Office Complex
A popular office complex located within Liverpool’s iconic Grade II listed Cotton Exchange property has attracted six new tenants on a long-term lease basis.
A total of 12,760 sq ft of office space has been let by owner Bruntwood, which also provides serviced office space, and the largest letting has gone to training provider Synapse Learning.
Other firms include ESM Design and shipping company Anjon Freight Services, who have signed for 1,350 sq ft and 1,100 sq ft respectively, while debt management company Madison Account Control and Catherine Higgins Law have acquired smaller offices of 670 sq ft and 650 sq ft.
“We’ve secured 10 new lettings at the Cotton Exchange so far this year” said Colin Forshaw, head of sales at Bruntwood, according to the Liverpool Daily Post.
“It’s testament to the building’s value and quality, and enforces our position as a market leader in Liverpool. It has been a busy start to 2010 with an ever-growing and diverse customer base. We have worked hard to develop quality office space that best meets our customers’ requirements.”
Richard Beaumont, chief operating officer of Synapse Learning, said: “We finished work on Friday at 5pm in our old premises, and were at our desks in our new office at 8am Monday, without a hiccup.”
He added: “When we were looking for new premises, it was essential that we were in flexible, centrally located space. The Cotton Exchange fitted the bill perfectly.”
