New Serviced Office Property Launches in Leeds

New Serviced Office Property Launches in Leeds

A new serviced office property is currently under construction in Leeds, adjacent to an existing building close to Bramley station that is operated by the same management team.

The new 4-storey development will offer 33 serviced offices and a long list of facilities, many of which are already included within the standard rental costs.

Free under-croft parking, various meeting rooms with the latest technology, conference facilities for over 30 people, and communal break out areas are available for use, while luxury extras including plasma screens, a gymnasium, shower facilities and even a ‘relax room’ have been included in the design.

“We are very excited about our new venture which is due for completion early autumn,” commented Centre Manager Kelly Morrall. The new centre is adjacent to our first centre, which is ideally located with good transport links to Leeds and Bradford. It has been designed to the highest of standards and the decor is very modern.”

Similar to their first centre, the new development is designed to offer a professional working environment, with a friendly relaxed atmosphere.

Currently based at the existing centre is Sharon Jandu from Global PR & Marketing Ltd.

“I am very excited to see the new business centre that is currently being constructed,” she said, “as I am sure it will be even better than the current one – if that’s possible!”

The new property will be air-conditioned throughout with a reception that is staffed during business hours, although tenants will have full 24-hour access.

Decorating work is currently underway at the new property, and completion is expected this autumn. A launch party is being scheduled upon completion.
