New on-site recording studio for officebroker.com’s video tours

Back in February, here at officebroker.com we launched office video tours as part of our ongoing commitment to further enhance the online office search process.

Our office video tours are designed to help clients gain a valuable insight into the space before arranging an on-site tour, and also to help office providers raise the online profile of their buildings.

Each video tour is matched with a carefully scripted narrative, which highlights the key features of the building. And now, the video production team benefit from their very own recording studio.

Production company VidEproUK, the team behind the online video tours, have invested in a new sound studio at officebroker.com’s head office in Tamworth. The purpose of this new studio is to enable the team more flexibility and to speed up the video production process, in response to the huge success of the video project and resulting growth in demand.

The studio space was created by converting an existing annex of the building that was previously used as storage. And, following several sound tests in the studio, the soundproofing work that was included as part of the overall construction has created the perfect environment for voiceover recording.

Dan Baldwin, the scriptwriter and voiceover artist behind the office video tours, says:

“It’s a convenient and flexible solution which enables us to provide a better all round service for our video clients. The environment is great to work in, and following our round of tests the new booth delivers the highest standard of sound quality, so it’s been a very worthwhile project.”
