New Midtown Location for Ventia
Serviced Office Space provider Ventia have added another location to their growing portfolio of serviced office locations, with a joint venture between Ventia and consultancy firm Arcadis creating a new location in Midtown.
Located a short distance from High Holborn, the new office space offers a blend of period and contemporary features as well as providing clients with easy access to both Chancery Lane and Farrington stations.
ΓÇ£As the Ventia portfolio has continued to grow we have been targeting key areas with proven high demand for our product, and Midtown has been at the top of this listΓÇ¥ explains Daniel Wheble, Director at Ventia.
ΓÇ£Combining this with our existing sites in Mayfair, South Kensington and Liverpool Street, gives us a stronger presence in the key areas of Central London.ΓÇ¥
Demand for serviced office space across Central London has been shown to have been on the rise, with research from officebroker.com, the UKΓÇÖs largest independent broker to the serviced office industry, reporting a 15% increase in the number of businesses entering serviced offices during 2010 compared to 2009.
Located in EC4, the new business centre being offered by Ventia would appear to be at the heart of this increased activity ΓÇô as detailed in the Serviced Office Perspective section of our Blog covering Land securities earlier this week. (click HERE to read)
Having acquired the site, Ventia will undertake a program of refurbishment with a full launch of the centre expected on Friday 18th March 2011. Once completed the office space on offer will provide furnished, unbranded offices with access to the latest IT and telecoms at a highly desirable Central London location.
