New London Serviced Office Hits 90% Occupancy in 90 Days

A serviced office business centre that was launched in Marylebone in August (pictured top) has already achieved 90% occupancy, within just 90 days of opening.

Since its launch on August 16th, the centre ΓÇô operated by high-tech serviced office provider i2 Office ΓÇô has attracted plenty of interest that has resulted in the building getting close to full occupancy in just three months.

Offering fully serviced office space across four floors of a refurbished Georgian property on Devonshire Street, located in the heart of Marylebone, clients benefit from well-equipped office space in a professional environment.

In addition to top-class services and facilities, i2 Office is committed to offering enhanced technology to its clients, and the centre provides fast broadband connectivity, telephone systems, state-of-the-art Mitel handsets, and practical telecoms solutions for clients.

News of the Marylebone centre’s high level of occupancy follows the recent announcement that another i2 Office centre, located in Milton Keynes (pictuerd left), is currently at an impressive 87% occupancy within its first year of opening.
