New Clients Boost Occupancy Figures for Forsyth in Manchester
Serviced office provider Forsyth Business Centres has boosted occupancy levels at their business centre in Manchester with the addition of two new tenants.
Recruitment company Globaleye and finance experts Ford Campbell have taken a total of 31,000 sq ft of space at the property, bringing occupancy to almost 60%.
David Harrop, finance director at Forsyth, said that the team were “delighted” to welcome the new tenants.
“I believe our success is down to a combination of first-class facilities, customer service and location,” he commented, according to TheBusinessDesk.
“The high level of enquiries we are seeing coupled with almost two-thirds of the available office space being let shows there is a level of business confidence returning in Manchester.”
He added that this also represents a “clear demand” for offices on flexible terms amongst SMEs, “who for various reasons are not in a position to take on more traditional long-term leases.”
