New Centre Expands UBC’s Warrington Presence
Following the success of their first business centre in Warrington, UBC have launched a second serviced office location in the area, based in the popular Daresbury business park.
Situated within one of the largest and most high-profile business parks in the North West, the new centre rubs shoulders with a number of blue chip companies and provides a contemporary work environment for SMEs. Among the other buildings on-site are a De Vere hotel complex with extensive business and leisure facilities, and a government-funded science and innovation centre.
Jane Erasmus, Regional Sales Director for United Business Centres, says that this is an “exciting time” for the company and believes that the new centre has much to offer.
“You only have to look at the other businesses taking up space at Daresbury Park to realise it’s a genuine opportunity,” she said. “This is our second site in Warrington and we’re confident the Daresbury centre will be a successful addition to our other offices in the North West.”
Based just off junction 11 of the M56, the new centre is conveniently located and this is one of the key benefits, according to Jane. “The convenience of the transport links, combined with the high spec finish will make it an attractive proposition,” she added.
This latest addition to UBC’s portfolio offers 150 workstations in a modern environment, along with all the trimmings of a serviced office including furnished suites, meeting rooms, a fully staffed reception, fast Wi-Fi internet access and extensive on-site car parking for clients and visitors.
The space underwent a full refurbishment and is now ready for immediate occupation.
UBC partnered with commercial developers Marshall CDP to make this latest launch a reality, and according to owner Simon Marshall, the new centre will “make a great office space for the right business”.
He said that the company invested in the business centre “because it’s one of the best business park locations in the North West – modern, convenient and extremely popular,” adding:
“We’re delighted to be working with UBC because they know the market, they know the area and they attract high calibre clients very quickly. Their impressive service proposition also has a real pull for prospective businesses, which makes me confident that the venture will be a resounding success.”
Following a surge in enquiries earlier this year, UBC expect that this new centre is likely to be “the first of a number of new sites” to join their portfolio.
