New Business Park Could Generate 3000 + Jobs in Humberside
Planning permission for a new business park in Hessle (Humberside) has been granted that would include office space, R&D space as well a high-tech manufacturing facilities ΓÇô potentially generating over 3000 jobs .
Work on the site will reportedly begin within the next 2 months, with development of the 52.6 acre site having been agreed between join developers Wykeland Group and KB Properties and East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
Subject to a comprehensive set of conditions designed to quell local concerns, the business park will be split across either side of the Boothferry road and has plans to improve nearby access from the A63 junction included in its plans.
Bringing the Bridgeland development to life has been a 13 year process and included significant consultation throughout as MD of Wykeland Dominic Gibbons explained:

The unique location of the site, which sits next to the River Humber and the iconic Humber Bridge, means that developers will be hoping to attract company headquarters and government departments to the office space and workspace available once completed. Having now obtained planning permission the developers can now start to take the scheme to market in the hope of attracting early interest.
