More Office Space Confirmed for Opus 40 Business Park
The Opus 40 Business Park in Warwick has been granted permission to build an additional 260,000 sq. ft. of office space, an announcement which follows the confirmation of a 122-bedroom hotel for the commercial site three months ago.
The scheme will comprise of three separate office buildings totaling some 260,000 sq. ft. of office space, spread over a landscaped campus of 35 acres and adding to the existing office facilities already present on the site. Designed to provide grade A BREEAM ΓÇ£excellentΓÇ¥ office premises, the site is already home to IBM and is located on the outskirts of Warwick Town Centre.
Speaking to the Birmingham Post newspaper, Opus managing director Richard Smith explained the breakdown of the new office space:
ΓÇ£The master plan for the new space includes four separate buildings ranging from 30,000 sq. ft. to 80,000 sq. ft. in size ΓÇô although larger design and build requirements of in excess of 100,000 sq. ft. could be accommodated ΓÇô and will incorporate a raft of green measures.ΓÇ¥
