More Businesses Turn to Serviced Offices in Yorkshire & Humberside in Q2 2010
A growing number of businesses throughout Yorkshire & Humberside turned to serviced offices for their workspace solutions between April ΓÇô June 2010 according to data from the UKΓÇÖs largest broker of serviced office space officebroker.com – who reporting a 21% increase in Q2 2010 compared to the same period of 2009.
Presented in the firmΓÇÖs Serviced Office Review: Yorkshire & Humberside Q2 2010: it is shown that a greater number of individual businesses were placed in serviced offices via the officebroker.com service in the second quarter of 2010, with the 21% increase recorded within the region being greater than the 5% increase recorded nationally during the same period.
The region, which includes the key office space markets of Leeds and Sheffield, also recorded a 24% increase in the number of serviced office space enquiries being received, building upon a 33% increase in enquiry levels during the first quarter of 2010.
While both the number of businesses placed and enquiry levels increased during Q2 10 according to the brokerΓÇÖs data, officebroker.com did however report a decrease in both average workstation price and the average number of workstations required by those clients being placed.
