Meeting Rooms Launched at High Holborn Offices

A prestigious business centre in High Holborn, which recently reached full capacity just six months after opening, now benefits from a range of stylish meeting rooms on the ground floor and a newly refurbished reception area.

Located in London’s Midtown, the popular centre now boasts three meeting rooms that can accommodate between two and ten people adjacent to a fully fitted kitchen. The new facilities come with a range of amenities including multi-media conferencing equipment, catering options and a ‘meet and greet’ service by the centre staff.

The reception area has also been enlarged and redesigned, now featuring a bright and airy space with leather seating and a modern glass screen, producing an attractive and stylish finish.

In April it was announced that the centre, which is operated by serviced office provider Orega Ltd, had reached full capacity just six months after its official launch date.

Located adjacent to Chancery Lane tube station, the glass-fronted building provides flexible space spread across five floors.

Paul Finch and Zach Douglas, joint Managing Directors at Orega, acquired the building last year after a lengthy trawl of London to find the best opportunity for their next location.

“The decision we made has clearly paid off,” said Zach Douglas, speaking in April this year. “We have attracted a sterling line-up of occupiers, both well-established blue-chip companies and fledgling or smaller businesses seeking a well-located London base and an attractive working environment.”

He added that the high demand and quick fulfilment of the available space is a “ringing endorsement” of their careful selection process.

Zach and Paul have plans to continue expanding the company and aim to acquire more sites within the next 24 months in carefully selected major markets.
