Media firms roll in at The Pie Factory, Salford Quays
Salford Quays’ high-profile MediaCityUK development continues to attract businesses to its media and office space, despite the ongoing economic turbulence.
Toasted Productions are the latest in a string of other media firms that have taken up residence at the site, including last week’s arrivals Northwest Vision and Media.
The Pie Factory UK, a former factory and warehouse setup, is owned and managed by Peel Media. The site now boasts state of the art sound stages, a full costume department, dressing rooms and office space.
According to online reports Simon Marsland of Toasted Productions, whose prestigious client lists includes Universal Records, Girls Aloud, 4Music and iTunes Music Festival, said:
“We hope to bring an expertise and creative edge to The Pie Factory that will provide value to all those who are part of it.”
CEO of Peel Media Group Sinead Greenaway said:
“The Pie Factory is very much the foundation of MediaCityUK and we are delighted that Toasted Productions can see the benefit of being based within this growing creative hub.”
