Mayfair Office Space ΓÇô More Lettings Confirmed for Central London
Orchard Street Investment Management, located in Central London, have announced yet another noticeable addition to the long list of prime office space in Central London being let since the start of 2010.
Having taken the decision to fully refurbish the office property in Mayfair, the 36,000 sq ft of office space was converted into a building with ΓÇ£first class specification and amenitiesΓÇ¥.
The latest deal, which leaves the Davies Street building with just under 6,200 sq ft of office space left, saw PSL Group Europe Limited take 9,781 sq ft of this prime office space in a 5 year deal.
In a press release issued via OrchardΓÇÖs website, Head of Asset Management was quoted as saying: ΓÇ£We are pleased to have completed this letting to PSL and welcome them to 75 Davies Street. This is an excellent Mayfair location with attractive amenities and first class communications and in view of the
level of interest in the remaining available space, we expect to be making further announcements shortly.ΓÇ¥
Indeed his optimism of future lettings may be well placed, with a flurry of commercial property and serviced office deals having taken place in recent months ΓÇô both pointing toward a noticeable increase in the demand for Central London office space as businesses apparently return to action as the impact of recession finally seems lift.
