Leeds Office Space Secures Second Tenant
Following the letting of 8,200 sq. ft. of office space to Xafinity Consulting last month, the 10 South Parade office development at the heart of Leeds City Centre has attracted its second client in the shape of executive search firm Odgers Berndtson.
Adding a total of 36,000 sq ft of office space to the cityΓÇÖs existing supply, the 10 South Parade Development was the first Grade A+ city centre office space in Leeds to come to market in the last decade.
Odgers Berndtson is relocating its existing regional office to the new office space at 10 South Parade this week, a move which has been driven by the firmΓÇÖs need for more space and better functionality.
Office head Simon Walton explained the move in a press release on the developerΓÇÖs website.
“We are adding a number of consultants and researchers to our regional team and we increasingly need the flexibility to accommodate colleagues from other offices engaged on projects with local clients. Our success in the region over the last five years also means we need more meeting space for clients and prospective candidatesΓÇ¥
“Surprisingly, given the number of boards and vacant premises around the city, 10 South Parade was one of only a handful of buildings that offered the footprint, functionality and quality of environment we were looking for.”
