KPMG Appoint Knight Frank in Search for Manchester Office Space
Financial advisors KPMG have appointed property agent Knight Frank to help in the search for a new office space location in Manchester city centre.
The firm are reportedly looking for 100,000 sq ft of space, and have pencilled in their relocation plans for 2013. The lease on their current offices in St James’ Square expires in December 2014.
With relocation several years away, the firm are not ruling out a new development, and early speculation – from sources such as Place North West – suggest that the firm may work with a developer on a new building.
One possible solution could be One St Peter’s Square in the city centre, which already has planning consent for 273,000 sq ft of office space.
