IT firms choose Maidenhead and Covent Garden office space
Two major office space lettings have recently been completed for locations in London, according to a report by Property Week.
Software giant Compuware, relocating from Slough, and e-commerce provider ChannelAdvisor, relocating from Richmond, have recently reached rental agreements for office space in Maidenhead and Covent Garden respectively.
While US-based Compuware are moving just a few miles further outside of London, ChannelAdvisor are taking a massive inward step by shifting closer to London’s city centre. Covent Garden is part of Westminster, location of the UK’s government base, and as part of the City of London is also amidst the UK’s prime business and financial centre.
