Isle of Man Office Basks in Positive Feedback

Isle of Man Office Basks in Positive Feedback

A serviced office centre located on the Isle of Man (IOM), based in the Irish Sea between Ireland and the North-West coast of England, has received a steady influx of positive feedback from businesses currently using office space at the centre.

Located in Douglas in the heart of the Island’s financial district, the property has been newly refurbished and offers fully furnished offices with many key facilities available, including meeting rooms, a boardroom, staffed reception and Wi-Fi broadband access.

Over the last few months, satisfied tenants have logged onto the officebroker.com review system and posted their thoughts of the centre. This includes assigning a star rating of their experience out of five, and the majority of reviewers have given full marks for the centre.

“We have found the office space to be of good quality, highly suitable for our requirements and conveniently located,” commented Richard Bolton, who has been based at the centre for the last two and a half years with his team from Galileo Fund Services Limited.

Richard attributes the “friendly, flexible and accommodating” nature of the centre’s staff force as the best feature of the office, and commends their “extremely helpful” approach when it comes to changing facilities or re-arranging their office layout.

Paul Davis from Counting House (IOM) Ltd, who has been based at the centre since 2008, said that he is “totally satisfied” with his office experience, commenting: “We have been totally, completely satisfied with the facilities, staff and every aspect of its administration from day one.”

He added that the centre’s location is its best feature, as it is based “right in the heart of the financial district”.
