Inigo Tea Party in Newbury Goes Down a Treat
A recent tea party held by Inigo Business Centres at their Newbury location, which was attended by officebroker.com’s Jo Davey, was well received by visitors from the business world.
Visitors were treated to cakes and sweets supplied by the centre, along with a range of speciality Twinings teas that were provided by a client of the Newbury office, who specialises in importing and exporting the British favourite.
(It’s a little known fact that, after water, tea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world!)
Inigo’s Managing Director Giles Curtis (pictured left, with Jo Davey) will be hosting tea parties at each of their eight business centre locations, and proceeds are being donated to the Marie Curie Cancer Fund.
Last week’s Newbury event drew visitors from the centre, including clients and staff, along with a number of local businesses and BCA board member Jennifer Brooke (pictured, left).
Along with the opportunity to enjoy cakes and desserts – many of which were home-made by Assistant Manager at the Newbury centre, Hannah – visitors also tucked into teas and champagne, and had the chance to take part in a raffle.
On this occasion the top raffle prize was won by Centre Manager Heather, who was lucky enough to bag an iPod.
officebroker.com’s Jo Davey commented: “It was a perfect day, and very hot.”
Although Jo couldn’t enjoy the champagne due to having to drive back to the office afterwards, she did tuck into a cake or two and commented that they were “superb”.
“All in all it was a great day, and much fun was had by all” she added.
Inigo Business Centres currently operate eight locations throughout the UK, all of which are advertised on the officebroker.com website. Locations include Basingstoke, Windsor, Newbury, Bath, City of London, Banbury, Leeds and Edinburgh.
