Since April, officebroker.com have been celebrating some of the UKΓÇÖs best serviced office centres with its Business Centre of the Month award. In December, the winner of officebroker.comΓÇÖs final award of 2010 goes to icon Business CentresΓÇÖ Thorpe Park near Leeds.

Located in the UKΓÇÖs highest BREEAM rated office building, iconΓÇÖs Thorpe Park business centre is at the cutting edge of sustainable development, with innovative features ranging from thermal storage and a green roof, to wall tiles made from recycled materials.

The centre has received several positive reviews from clients via officebroker.comΓÇÖs online feedback system, all of which praise the modern environment, top-class facilities and ΓÇô most notably ΓÇô the icon management team.
