i2 Office Appoints General Manager for Glasgow Offices

Serviced office provider i2 Office, which currently operates four business centres throughout the UK, has appointed a new General Manager for their Glasgow office on West Regent Street.

Fiona Lawrence will lead the sales team and spearhead growth for the new centre, which is the latest acquisition by i2 Office. Located in the heart of Glasgow, the space is spread over two floors of the newly completed Grade A office complex, and has received a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ for its sustainable features.

Commenting on her new role, Fiona said: “The quality of the accommodation we have available combined with i2 Office’s far sighted views in terms of flexibility and a desire to deliver what a client really needs puts me at an advantage in what is a highly competitive market at the moment.”

Philip Grace, founder and CEO of i2 Office, said: “With over 11 years’ experience, Fiona’s understanding of the serviced office market is proving to be a valuable asset to i2 Office as we strive to reach our target occupancy levels in Glasgow.”

i2 Office’s four business centres are located in The City, Marylebone, Milton Keynes and most recently, Glasgow. Last year, officebroker.com assisted i2 Office with the decision to launch their Glasgow location through the Insight Report service, which provides valuable statistics on supply and demand within specific postcode remits.

Commenting on the service, Philip Grace said that the report supplied “invaluable information” and helped the team reach a decision on their new Scottish centre.
