High Calibre Office Space Set to Boost Coventry Regeneration
A new business park in Coventry offering 1.1m sq ft of high quality office space and industrial space has been shown to prospective tenants for the first time.
Situated off the A45, the 93 acre business park development sits opposite JaguarΓÇÖs R&D centre and is being promoted as a way of generating some 2000 new jobs for the region.
The office space and industrial space that makes up the business park was explored by dozens of businesses following a breakfast meeting arranged by the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce.
Developed by regeneration specialists St Modwen, who are also behind the Former MG Rover car manufacturing facility at Longbridge being transformed into the Longbridge Technology Park , the first phase named Lakeside will consist of 6 buildings and offers office space ranging from 2800 sq ft to 26,000 sq ft.

Acquired in 2007 the vision of the sites developers was to ΓÇ£create a exemplar business park that provide a new era of business park that will be capable of meeting the evolving need of todayΓÇÖs occupiersΓÇ¥ and it is hoped that the site will kick-start the next generation of growth for Coventry.
