Hersham Business Park Welcome Two New Clients

Hersham Business Park Welcome Two New Clients

A business and technology park located in Hersham, Surrey, welcomes two new clients this month. Alliance Mobile Security / Alliance Security, experts in keyholding and manned security, and imaging systems test and verification specialists The Real-Time Data Company will move into the site later this month.

Located in Hersham close to Walton-on-Thames, the business centre is aimed towards both small and large firms within the technology sector. Fasset Ltd, which has operated the site since 1997, has enhanced the facilities over the years to include a well-equipped gym, reception area, on-site café and restaurant, a shop and security services.

Shadia Hazelden, Sales & Marketing at Hersham Place Technology Park, was “delighted” to welcome the newest additions to the Park.

“Both companies had very different office space requirements and by working together we have achieved these,” she said. “The Park is an exciting place to be at the moment and I really enjoy learning about the diverse businesses here and building a community that will encourage networking and opportunity across the board.”

Surrey based Alliance Mobile Security, which has been in in the business for over 15 years, provides a range of security services including keyholder response, security patrols and building locking systems to commercial buildings and private homes in the region. Alliance Security was formed in 1979 and specialises in supplying static security guards.

Commenting on their new office, Director Gary Munday said: “Hersham strikes a great balance between exceptional facilities and a great location near the prime link roads in the area. Hersham delivers a business opportunity as well as a prime location where clients can visit; and staff are happy.”

Joining the security firm this month is The Real-Time Data Company, which designs and supplies solutions for imaging sensor system testing. The company will take a 7-person office for the project delivery team.

Kay Murray, Commercial Director, commented: “Much of our work is done using complex computer programmes and technology, so we needed a strong IT infrastructure and flexibility with the space.

“Hersham met with these requirements and we were pretty much up and running immediately. The location and facilities at the site are excellent, our staff have no parking issues and as our business develops and expands we have the office space to accommodate this.”
