Hat-trick of Deals at Towcester Business Park
A science and technology park offering serviced office space in Caswell, near Towcester, has recently welcomed three new businesses on-site which brings its overall occupancy to 19 firms, between them employing 255 people.
Executive recruitment company Harbury Consulting, publishing and greetings card business Morecambe Moments and business consultancy firm Rosslyn Stuart Associates have moved into the park, which offers over 170,000 sqft of mixed-use office, manufacturing and laboratory space.
As the first choice for all three businesses, the business centre – which is operated by Fasset Ltd – has become a popular location for firms of all sizes, offering a combination of flexible and longer-lease agreements on office space along with key support services and on-site facilities.
Victoria Powell, Sales Executive at the Caswell site, commented:
“This year started on a real high and continues as we welcome these three diverse and exciting new businesses to Caswell. We have an eclectic mix here, which all bring a different dimension to the Park and the region as whole.
“We have a great environment for networking, promoting a healthy flow of business in and out for anyone who taps into it.”
Hardeep Lall, Managing Director of recruitment company Harbury Consulting, required a professional base suitable for meeting with clients and potential candidates, but also one that offered easy access to the main road networks.
“Caswell was the clear front runner in our search as it is a business centre with a real commercial buzz. Whilst our company is new, our experience in recruitment and business consultancy is considerable and this is the perfect environment to grow our business at a pace.”
He added: “Clients are impressed when they arrive at the Grade II listed building and rather grand surroundings. There is no battle with commuter or town traffic and no astronomical parking charges.”
Jonathan Stuart of Rosslyn Stuart Associates Ltd, who relocated to the site in the New Year along with his wife’s company, Morecambe Moments, says that the facilities are “first rate” and the set-up meant they could move in promptly.
“With everything that moving entails, the convenience of coming into a ready set up office meant that we were up and running in no time,” said Jonathan. “The Fasset onsite team have been really helpful and the space we have let gives us scope to expand should our business head in that direction.”
Onsite tenants have access to facilities including a staffed reception, free car parking, a restaurant, IT infrastructure and services such as cleaning and 24/7 security.
