Good Signs for South East Office Space
Leading internet broker officebroker.com has recorded a marked improvement in the serviced office space market throughout the South East in a report published today on its website, with improvements in all key areas of the serviced offices market during the second quarter of 2010.
Comparing Q2 10 activity with Q2 09, the quarter-on-quarter report is the latest edition of the brokers Serviced Office Review Series ΓÇô each of which details the changes recorded by the UKΓÇÖs largest independent broker of serviced office space on a regional basis each quarter.
In the Serviced Office Review: South East Q2 10 officebroker.com reports a 37% increase in the number of serviced office space enquiries generated in Q2 10 compared to Q2 09 and an increase in the number of individual clients (+13%) placed in serviced office space during the same period.
The report also shows that average workstation prices have continued to exceed 2009 levels for the second consecutive quarter in 2010, with average workstation prices in the South East 8% above 2009 levels between January ΓÇô June 2010.
