Glasgow Office Sets the Scene for New Short Film
Abbey Business Centres’ serviced office property in Glasgow recently set the scene for a new short film, produced by Scottish digital and film agency 14C Studio.
Bafta Award-nominated 14C contacted Abbey through their shared links with the Princes Scottish Youth Business Trust, and were given free use of the property during filming, which took place at the end of September.
The script of ‘Data Entry’ sees 19-year-old Darren start a temp role in a Glasgow office as a data entry clerk, and follows his story as things take a turn for the worst and he becomes embroiled in a scenario of love and death.
Douglas King, Director for Data Entry, commented:
“The choice of Abbey Business Centres in the heart of Glasgow provided the perfect location for the film. Not only did the office really look the part, the staff were unbelievably helpful and made sure that we had all the facilities we needed. Thanks again to Kathy and Nicola and everyone else at Abbey for their help.”
The film is currently at the post production stage, and 14C expect to set a release date very soon.
Pictures and further information about the film is available on 14C’s Data Entry page on Facebook.
