Former home of The Sun transformed into serviced offices for SMEs

A leading serviced office provider has opened a new business centre on Fleet Street, central London, which was formerly occupied by national newspaper The Sun.

The property covers 62,000 sq ft and features a Williams Formula 1 racing car that was previously driven by Alex Zanardi. Serviced office operator Business Environment Group have now redeveloped the building as a serviced office location, ideally suited for SMEs and businesses seeking flexible or short-term space in the City.

David Saul, Managing Director of Business Environment Group, said:

“Our vision at Business Environment is to ‘Build the business lifestyle that everyone wants’ and it’s a culture that touches every aspect of our business. Our main customer base consists of SMEs which now have a far greater level of expectation in terms of workspace, d├⌐cor, fit-out and quality of service than ever before.”

He adds: “When meeting clients, appearance is everything and these luxurious, stylish and modern offices really do make a lasting impression.”
