In March 2010, Football Factors moved into their new offices in Wakefield with the help of officebroker.com’s Account Manager for the area, Alastair Maloney.

Commenting on the new office space, Graham Bean said that the property offers an “excellent location”, as well as being “spacious, comfortable, and totally security conscious.”
The property has recently undergone a complete refurbishment to bring the historic building up to modern standards, whilst still maintaining many attractive period features.
As commented by Graham, the staff are particularly attentive and offer a high level of service.
“The owners are exceptionally welcoming and were able to assist in making the move as painless as possible,” he said, adding that he would “thoroughly recommend” the property. Graham also said that there is also a “good crowd throughout the building” which adds to the pleasant working environment.
Formed in 2003, Football Factors have been involved in a number of high profile disciplinary hearings. Most recently, the company has represented three cases involving Liverpool FC’s Rafa Benitez, Sammy Lee and Manchester United’s Sir Alex Ferguson.
Following the results of the case, which can be viewed in the company’s Case History files, Rafa Benitez openly declared his appreciation for Football Factors’ services, by saying: “My case was based on facts and Football Factors representation was invaluable. Fact.”
