First Clients Move in at Orega’s Bristol Centre

Serviced office provider Orega, which currently operates nine business centres across the UK, has welcomed its first clients at their new Bristol location and also appointed a team to manage the space.

Located on Victoria Street in the city centre, the property is one of Orega’s latest additions to their portfolio of prime serviced space and has since undergone a full fit-out to offer a range of configurations.

A new team has been appointed to manage the business centre, headed up by Regional Sales Manager Amanda Blakemore (pictured), who brings 13 years’ experience of the serviced office sector to her new role at Orega.

Amanda is joined by Business Centre Manager Polly Hunt, originally from Weston Super Mare, who has six years’ experience of business centre management and also has a wealth of experience in the event management sector, following a five-year stint as Events Co-ordinator at Bristol City Council’s The Create Centre.

Since Polly joined Orega in February, the team have welcomed three new clients to their Bristol location, including drinks supplier Natural Beverages and recruitment company Wrightson Wood, who have both relocated from other areas of Bristol.

Cardiff-based building contractor Astec Projects has also taken space at the centre during their contractual work on nearby Finzels Reach, a new mixed-use development in the city.

Amanda Blakemore commented: “We are attracting a lot of interest from a diverse mix of potential occupiers seeking well-located and flexible office space.

“The high standard of the built environment, our sophisticated IT and telephony systems and the building’s central location all add up to an attractive proposition for businesses requiring an adaptable workplace.”

A total of 27,000 sq ft of serviced space is available for businesses to lease on flexible terms across the ground, first and second floors of the property on Victoria Street, offering around 200 workstations.
