Serviced office provider Anvic Developments, which operates four business centres in Manchester and Burnley, has launched additional space on the sixth floor of their building on Piccadilly following an extensive fit-out.
Located in Manchester city centre, the 30,000 sq ft Grade II listed property offers boutique business space with all the trappings of a high quality work environment including fully equipped meeting space, the latest technology and a contemporary design throughout.
The top floor of the building has undergone extensive works to the tune of ┬ú3million, and following a full fit-out now offers an additional floor of serviced office space with prime meeting and conference facilities for clients.
