Edinburgh Office Sold to Maritime Services Firm
King Sturge, a supplier of property services in the commercial property market including the industrial, office and retail & leisure sectors, has announced the sale of a 3,084 sq ft office building in Edinburgh and indicated that the office space market within the city is enjoying strong demand.
This office building, which sits just off the famous Princes Street on George Street, is a Category A Georgian townhouse was reportedly purchased for a price in excess of ┬ú600,000 on behalf of a private client. Spread over five floors the office space will now be occupied by NewWave Broadband, a provider of maritime communications services who were previously based at Edinburgh UniversityΓÇÖs heriot watt Business Park.
