Activity in the serviced office space market of the East Midlands during the second quarter of 2010 was positive according to a report made available today by officebroker.com, the UKΓÇÖs leading independent broker of serviced office space.
In the Serviced Office Review: East Midlands Q2 2010 report, which presents quarter-on-quarter changes in the market alongside year-to-date activity based on officebroker.comΓÇÖs own extensive data, the East Midlands, which includes office space in Nottingham and Leicester, has recorded a noticeable rise in both serviced office space enquiries and the number of clients entering serviced office space between April ΓÇô June 2010.
Coupled with these rises the report also shows an increase in the average workstation requirements of those clients entering serviced office space via the officebroker.com service, which have risen by over 50% from just 2.8 workstations in Q2 09 to 4.3 workstations in Q2 10. Initial license lengths are also shown to have increased and help to round-off what appears to be a positive 3 months period for the serviced office space market within the East Midlands.
