Demand for West Midlands Office Space Continues

Office space in the West Midlands 223 serviced offices has continued to attract growing interest and take-up in the second financial quarter of 2010 according to research published today by the UKΓÇÖs largest serviced office space brokerage firm officebroker.com.

The report, which draws upon the firmΓÇÖs extensive data and leading position within the industry, reveals the changes and trend affected the serviced office space market throughout the West Midlands region, tracking supply and demand, the number of clients placed into serviced offices as well as number of workstations taken, prices and the length of license being opted for by those businesses opting to enter the growing serviced office market.

With the activity seen in serviced offices acting as reliable source of information regarding new business creation, movement and commitment levels, the quarterly reports from officebroker.com have become a regular point of reference for both serviced office providers, landlords, commercial property firms and even city and county councils.

In the Serviced Office Review: West Midlands Q2 2010, one of 12 regional reports that make up the series, it is revealed that the number of individual businesses entering serviced office space in the West Midlands has risen by 6%, marking the 5th consecutive quarter in which a growing number of businesses have turned to serviced offices as the solution to their workstation needs. Additional finding in the report include an increasing need for greater volumes of office space and a 23% surge in enquiry levels between April ΓÇô June 2010.

All instalments of the Serviced Office Review Series are available to download for free from the Stats & Facts section of the Resource Centre on the officebroker.com website.

Research covering the market for serviced office space in Central London, Greater London and of course the West Midlands is currently available and additional reports covering the remaining areas of the UKΓÇÖs serviced offices market will be added over the next few weeks.
