Council Office Space to Merge at Business Park
Commercial Property firm Highcross has completed the sale of a 2.6 acre site to Wyre Forest District Council as the council seeks to relocate all its office space on to a single site according to reports on thebusinessdesk.com.
Part of a ┬ú10.5m plan to centralise the four separate office spaces used by the District Council, currently located in both Kidderminster and Stourport, the deal will allow them to create a brand new office space for council workers on the Finepoint Business Park located south of Kidderminster.

The Finepoint Business Park has recently completed the first phase of its development and when completed the site will offer some 320,000 sq ft of industrial, warehouse and high quality office space.
This latest letting for Highcross follows the successful purchase of the landmark office building WaverleyGate in Edinburgh ΓÇô a purchase which added 213,000 sq ft of prime office space in Edinburgh to their portfolio.
