Citibase Add Chester Business Centre to Expanding Portfolio

Serviced office provider Citibase has added another new location to its growing UK portfolio, bringing their current total to 34 business centres.

Based in the centre of Chester, the latest addition to the Citibase range brings high quality serviced space on the third floor of a modern property on St John Street. The space has undergone a full fit-out to bring it in line with the serviced product, making it especially suitable for small companies or project teams, while some larger suites have also been retained to suit medium sized firms.

According to Richard Axtell of Citibase, the new space combines an excellent address “in the heart of historic Chester” within a quality, contemporary building.

“One of the comments we hear about Chester is the limited presence in the heart of the city, with much of the stock being some way out,” said Richard. “Citibase always tries to get the best possible address and here in Chester we have once again achieved that, and in a top quality building too.”

Richard went on to say that the business centre is complemented by its location next to an excellent hotel overlooking Chester’s stunning Roman amphitheatre, along with a variety of nearby restaurants and city centre amenities “right on the doorstep.”

Earlier this year Citibase reported another new location and a further three additions to their portfolio, all in Nottingham’s fashionable Lace Market, off the back of a strong trading year in 2010. The expansion into Nottingham strengthened their existing Midlands presence which currently includes Birmingham, Coventry, Kenilworth, Wolverhampton and Leicester.

Late last year Citibase opened a further four centres in Bristol, Bath, Fareham and Woolwich.
