CB Richard Ellis sells City of London offices

Property consultants CB Richard Ellis are due to sell its City of London office portfolio, containing three properties in the capitalΓÇÖs Square Mile – Cutlers Exchange, 117-119 Houndsditch, and Cutlers Court.

Combined, the properties total 123,616 sq ft of office space.

According to Property Week, CBRE have instructed DTZ to market the sale, which is expected to bring in £33.5m.

The properties are currently leased to The Worshipful Company of Cutlers. According to CBRE Investors, there is “significant redevelopment potential” which could lead to the creation of around 300,000 sq ft, subject to planning permission and agreement with the lessee.
