Caudwell Office Space to be Managed by Jones Lang LaSalle

The property portfolio of Caudwell Properties, which comprises of nearly 150,000 sq. ft. of office space and was established by Phones4U founder John Caudwell, is to be managed by commercial property firm Jones Lang LaSalle.

Mr Caudwell, who recently made national headlines following a raid on his Staffordshire mansion in which he suffered a head injury while protecting his family, sold Phone4U in 2006 and now focuses much of his time on running Caudwell Children, a charity which provides help for disabled children by providing specialist equipment, treatment and therapies.

Managed out of Jones Lang LaSalleΓÇÖs offices in Leeds, Birmingham and West London, the appointment follows a successful trail period earlier this year in which the commercial property firm managed three multi-let office buildings located in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The new mandate will add additional office schemes in Sheffield, Doncaster and Solihull.

Thomas Kane, Asset Manager at Caudwell Properties, said: ΓÇ£We are very pleased to roll out the management of the rest of our portfolio following an exemplary trial period with Jones Lang LaSalleΓÇÖs management team on our Hampshire Court property.ΓÇ¥

Alan Hutchinson, Director in Jones Lang LaSalleΓÇÖs Property & Asset Management team, added:

ΓÇ£This new mandate is an excellent endorsement of the property management service provided to Caudwell Properties so far this year and itΓÇÖs great to see Jones Lang LaSalle’s focus on delivering outstanding results are being recognised by our clients.ΓÇ¥
