Business Environment Recognised at National Customer Service Awards

Business Environment, which owns and manages close to one million sq ft of serviced office space across Southern England, has been officially recognised as having one of the best customer service teams in the UK.

The National Customer Service Awards 2010 were hosted by comedian Kevin Bridges at The Grosvenor House Hotel, on Tuesday 7th December. Business Environment were shortlisted from over 20,000 UK businesses, and were double finalists in both the Best B2B Customer Service Team category, and Best UK Customer Service Team.

The recognition marks a successful year for Business Environment, who won the bca’s Business Centre of the Year Award 2010. The company have won the bca award in four years out of five (2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010), and were runner-up in 2007. A spokeperson commented that this 4th win has “set a high benchmark for the sector for next year.”

Earlier this year, Business Environment not only made the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Small Companies to Work For list, but also moved up to 23rd place and gained a rare 3-star Best Companies rating as an exceptional place to work.

To add to the positive news, the company launched their new flagship centre on Fleet Street at the start of the year, before opening the very first serviced office location on Cheapside, opposite the One New Change shopping centre.
