Building to exchange hands for first time since Henry VIII
A historic building located on the prestigious Harley Street in London W1 has been put on the market by The Crown Estates.
The building, which first became part of The Crown Estates 470 years ago when Henry VIII carried out the Act of Supremacy, breaking away from the Church of Rome and establishing Henry as the head of the Church of England and lead to the dissolution of the monasteries.
Placed on the market for ┬ú25m, the buildings offer a total of 94,721 sq ft of space with a mix of residential accommodation and medical consultancy rooms.
